James was very professional and helpful with selecting the colour of our roof. He was accommodating to organise to have it done while we were away to make it easier as we have a dog who isn't a fan of loud noises. There was some issues with the weather while we were away causing some delays but James kept me informed so I knew what was going on. The job he has done looks great. My roof was very dated and needed a second life. James came to my home to have a look, he was very professional and up front about the condition of the roof. He gave me a very fair price for a clean and colour and even replaced broken tiles for me at no cost. The roof looks amazing and the turn around was exactly what he told me it would be. We called James when we needed our roof cleaned and resprayed. James was always on time, cleaned up after himself and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with his work. James and team restored our roof at our old house in 2022. Replacing tiles, repointing and repainting. He was very professional in his approach at initial consultation, he didn’t use jargon we didn’t understand and explained our options in very good detail. We chose them for this reason. The work quality was fantastic! You could tell the difference between them and others. The paint looked nice and thick and the pointing work very professionally done. After a couple of years it was still nice in colour with no fade. Houses around us had fade and were done after ours. We moved house recently and problems with leaks. James came over, again, very professionally explained what needed to be done and he fixed all the issues we had.
